Celtic Casino is owned and operated by Visionary iGaming S.A., a live online gaming company incorporated and regulated in Costa Rica.
Financial transactions are completed through our European subsidiary Earthsky Limited. Earthky Limited is incorporated in Nicosia, Cyprus and has it's registered address at: 10 Samou Street, Elysium Building, Agioi Omologities, P.C. 1086, Nicosia, Cyprus.
In the event that you have any complaints, claims or disputes with regard to any outcome regarding the services or any other activity performed by Celtic Casino, you should in the first instance contact Celtic Casino Customer Care Team via the 'Contact Us' details on the web site. Celtic Casino promises to answer all queries within 48 hours from time of receipt.
These Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy section, Promotions section, How to Play section, the Frequently Asked Questions section, all additional game rules, the Disconnection and Cancellation Policy, the Refer-a-Friend Terms and Conditions, Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, and any other additional rules and terms published on the Platforms or otherwise notified to you that specifically relate to and govern any particular event, game, promotion or tournament constitute a legally binding agreement between Celtic Casino and you ('Conditions'). You should read all of these documents carefully as each one forms part of the legally binding agreement between us.
If these conditions are translated into another language, the English Language version will prevail in the event of any conflict between the translation and the English language version. Please note that these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any of the game rules or other documents referred to in these Terms and Conditions.
Your attention is drawn to our Privacy section which describes how we deal with and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you are also acknowledging and accepting the Privacy section.
1. APPLICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using our services and/or by acknowledging that you have read these Conditions when you register to join and/or by clicking on the ‘Open Account’ button when you register for your Account, you agree to comply with these Conditions, and you acknowledge that your failure to comply with these Conditions may result in disqualification, the closure of your Account, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action against you, as appropriate and as further specified in these Conditions. You acknowledge that if you accept these Conditions, we will start providing you with the benefit of the services immediately. As a consequence of this, if you accept these Conditions when registering for our services, you will not later be able to cancel your registration, although you can terminate these Conditions and close your Account in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. LEGAL USE REQUIREMENTS
You may only use the services if you are the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction and it is legal for you to do so according to the laws that apply in your jurisdiction. Celtic Casino reserves the right to ask for proof of age from you and your account may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided. You understand and accept that Celtic Casino is unable to provide you any legal advice or assurances and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that at all times you comply with the laws that govern you and that you have the complete legal right to use the services. Any use of the services is at your sole option, discretion and risk. By using the services, you acknowledge that you do not find the services to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or inappropriate in any way.
3. ACCOUNT CREATION/REGISTRATION
3.1. To use the services, you will first need to register for an account with us. You may access any of our services from your account.
3.2. You can open an account with us by choosing a unique account name and password and entering other information that we ask for on our registration form such as (but not limited to) your first and last name, address, email, birth date (an 'Account'). You shall ensure that the details provided at registration are accurate and kept up to date. You can change the details you provide at registration at any time by editing 'Player Profile' preferences.
3.3. The account information supplied during the account creation process is kept strictly confidential for our own purpose. We do not share this information with any third-party company and/or organization. This information includes customer e-mail addresses and other personal information supplied upon registration. If you supply us with your personal details, the information will only be used for its intended use, such as allowing us to send you cash-out checks and other information about your account. E-mail addresses are not shared with any other organization for commercial or non-commercial purposes. E-mail addresses will only be used to provide our customers with information regarding new software updates, promotional material, and miscellaneous casino operations, such as deposits and withdrawals. We collect e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail.
3.4. Once you have created an account and your are making your first deposit you will be asked to choose a preferred currency for your account from the currencies available ('Account Currency'). Please note that once you have chosen, you will not be able to change your account currency.
3.5. There are no set-up charges for opening your account. All payments to and from your account must be paid in the currencies available on the services and shall not bear interest and you shall ensure that all payments into your account are from a payment source for which you are the named account holder. If you are making a deposit to or withdrawal from your account in a currency other than your account currency, such deposit and/or withdrawal will be made at the exchange rates offered by us at the time of such deposit or withdrawal and may be subject to a conversion fee.
The minimum deposit/withdrawal value is 20 units of your account currency ($£€20). Deposits/Withdrawals below the minimum value may be subject to a $£€5 administration charge.
3.6. You can request withdrawals from your account at any time provided all payments made have been received. We reserve the right to pay any requested withdrawal partly or in total via the same method of payment and in the same currency with which deposits were made.
4. INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITY
4.1. Some countries prohibit or limit some or all of the forms of gambling available on this site. You are responsible for ensuring that you are familiar with your country's laws relating to gambling (and, if different, the laws of the country in which you are actually playing) and that you do not breach these laws.
4.2. Celtic Casino does not accept wagers or allow residents domiciled in the US and/or using US issued bank cards to use our web site.
5. IDENTITY AND SINGLE ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
5.1. The name on your account must match your true and legal name and identity and the name on your account registration must match the name on the credit card(s) or other payment accounts used to deposit or receive monies in your Account.
5.2. To verify your identity, Celtic Casino reserves the right to request at any time satisfactory proof of identity (including but not limited to copies of a valid passport / identity card and/or any payment cards used) and proof of address (including but not limited a recent utility bill or bank statement).
5.3. Failure to supply such documentation may result in suspension of the account. You are prohibited from holding more than one account.
5.4. If you have more than one account or accounts in different names, then you must contact us immediately to have your accounts managed so that you only have one account.
5.5. Celtic Casino reserves the right to close your account(s) if you open multiple accounts.
5.6. Should Celtic Casino have reasonable grounds to believe that multiple accounts have been opened with the intention to defraud the company, Celtic Casino reserves the right to cancel any transaction related to said fraud attempt.
5.7. If you have lost your account name or password, please follow the web site instructions for a replacement or contact customer support.
6. E-TAINMENT EMPLOYEES OR AFFILIATES
If you are an officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of Celtic Casino or one of its subsidiary, parent or associated companies, or suppliers or vendors, you are not permitted to register for an account with Celtic Casino or to use directly or indirectly any of the Services (each an 'Unauthorized Person'), other than in the course of your function as an Celtic Casino staff member.
7. USE OF THE SERVICES
7.1. Celtic Casino reserves the right to suspend, modify, remove and/or add any service in its sole discretion with immediate effect and without notice and Celtic Casino will not be liable for any such action.
7.2. Celtic Casino forbids the use of all unfair practices when using its services. We do this to protect our customers and the integrity of the services. If any customer is found to be participating in any form of activities that we consider to constitute cheating his or her account may be permanently closed and any balance may be at risk of forfeiture or withholding as per the Terms and Conditions.
7.3. Players suspected of card counting contrary to our terms and conditions will have their accounts placed on hold while the Fraud Team investigates. If card counting is determined to have occurred, players may be eligible to have their original deposits returned only, but will not receive any funds won during this activity.
7.4. Visionary iGaming, the live dealer software provider powering Celtic Casino, forbids simultaneous play on the same table using multiple player accounts from either Celtic Casino, or any other site powered by Visionary iGaming. If a player is found to be playing on a game simultaneously using more than one account, from one or more websites, their account is subject to permanent closure and any balance may be at risk of forfeiture or withholding as per our Terms and Conditions.
7.5. Celtic Casino is intended for recreational players only and any players found to be abusing any rule or regulation, professional bettors, syndicates, or any person having systematic betting strategies will be subject to having their account suspended, their earnings removed and their deposit refunded.
8. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
The term Celtic Casino is the trademark of Celtic Casino. Further, all other material used by Celtic Casino, including but not limited to the software, images, pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, text (and any intellectual property rights in and to any of the same) is owned or licensed by Celtic Casino or one of its subsidiaries or associated group companies and is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. You obtain no rights in such copyright material or trade or service marks and must not use them without Celtic Casino written permission.
9. CASINO SERVICES
9.1. The following terms apply only to your use of the Casino Services.
Please note that in the event of any conflict between this section and the remaining sections of these Terms and Conditions, the remaining Sections of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
9.2. Play For Fun Money and Real Money Games
By registering for the Casino Services you will be able to access both 'play for fun' money games, via the casino services. No purchase is necessary or required to play the 'Play For Fun' money games, and you may play the 'Play For Fun' money games without betting money.
9.3. Settlement of In-Game Disputes
You fully accept and agree that random number generator ('RNG') software will determine the shuffling and dealing of cards and other randomly generated events required in the casino services. Moreover, you understand and agree that (without prejudice to your other rights and remedies) the Company records shall be the final authority in determining the terms of your use of the casino services, the activity resulting there from, and the circumstances in which such activity occurred.
9.4. Aborted and Miscarried games
Celtic Casino shall not, in any way, be responsible for any acts or omissions made by the user's Internet Service Provider ("ISP") or Telecommunications Service Provider ("TSP") with whom the user has contracted to gain access to this service, and Celtic Casino shall not be a party to any dispute between user and ISP or between user and TSP, nor shall any such dispute have any effect on the obligations of Terms and Conditions.
If a game fails to play through to its expected conclusion on our servers, or if a player who has accumulated credits in a game which initiates but fails to reach its final conclusion, then the player may contact customer support with their account details for review. Our customer service department may, or may not, decide to refund the wager and/or pay due winnings where our customer service department finds appropriate. All decisions made by a Customer Service Manager are final. The outcomes for all completed games, in spite of whether the player in reality saw the game play, are stored on our database and these outcomes will be considered to be correct.
We may from time to time offer you complimentary or bonus amounts to be credited into your account ('Bonus'). Such Bonuses may only be used in relation to such services as may be specified when the Bonus is offered to you. Acceptance of any Bonus shall be in accordance with additional terms and conditions we may make available to you in respect of each such Bonus offering and, if none, then in accordance with the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and bonus release restrictions contained in the relevant offer. Offers may be used only once unless otherwise specified. You are not entitled to withdraw any Bonus amounts and you may not remove any cash obtained via a Bonus from your Account without first complying with the applicable terms including, without limitation, in respect of any qualifiers or restrictions.
The following terms and conditions apply to all promotions offered by Celtic Casino. In addition to these terms and conditions, please ensure that you familiarize yourself with the casino's general terms and conditions.
11.1. All our promotions are designed for genuine players who may be interested in continuing membership and play at the casino and are happy to wager with and risk their own money. Promotions may be deemed void at any time to individuals or groups who are suspected to abuse or have a record of promotional abuse or fraud (charge backs) at Celtic Casino or any of our affiliate merchants. Any winnings accrued by such individual or groups will be deemed void and withheld.
11.2. Bonuses and promotions are available only once per person, household address and, e-mail address. Celtic Casino reserves the right to impose further limits in respect of accounts originating from environments where computers are shared (e.g. university campuses, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc). If a customer claims a bonus offer that is not entitled to him/her, any winnings generated from that are forfeited and the original deposit is returned to the customer.
11.3. Unless otherwise stated, a promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and all promotional offers are only available to those players to whom the offer was issued directly by Celtic Casino. If you request a bonus while having a pending withdrawal or balance, and without previous authorization, the winnings will be forfeited on all the successive deposits, and your deposit will be returned.
11.4. Bonuses are issued in the form of “bonus money” and will be clearly displayed in your account on the ‘My Account’ pages available to players that our logged into the Celtic Casino web site.
11.5. All bonus money amounts are non-withdrawable. If the wager is won, the winnings will be paid in real cash into the players real account balance.
11.6. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus money needs to be used within 30 days after being credited to the customer’s account. If these credits are not used, may be removed from the players account.
11.7. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements on all bonus money earned from competition winnings and other bonus incentives issued to players is forty (40) times the free credit plus deposit amount. Bets placed on the following games: Classic Blackjack, Blackjack Early Payout™, Baccarat, Craps, Sic Bo, Casino War, and all Video Poker do not fulfill player’s obligations towards wagering requirements.
11.8. Irrespective of where players live in the world, Celtic Casino endeavors to deliver all play for real promotional prizes to the prize winner's registered address destination or requested address. Celtic Casino reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of similar value (including a financial consideration) if it is either impractical or unable to deliver the relevant prize to the player's relevant country.
11.9. The decision of Celtic Casino is final and Celtic Casino reserves the right to alter promotional terms and conditions at any time.
11.10. You must be over the age of 18 years to enter into the promotional competitions. Celtic Casino reserves the right to request age and identification documents and at its discretion may use an independent age and identification verification service. Any promotional prizes won by members found to be under the age of 18 years will be declared void.
11.11. All Designated Winners hereby agree that their first name and country may be used in any publicity material by Celtic Casino.
12. PAYMENT SERVICES PROVIDER
12.1. In order to use the services, you will be required to send money to and may be required to receive money from us. We may use third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions ('PSP – Payment Service Providers') to process such financial transactions.
12.2. You irrevocably authorize us, as necessary, to instruct such PSP's to handle Account deposits and withdrawals from your Account and you irrevocably agree that we may give such instructions on your behalf in accordance with your requests as submitted using the relevant feature on our Platforms.
12.3. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use of each applicable PSP. In the event of conflict between these Conditions and the PSP's terms and conditions then these Conditions shall prevail.
13. CASH OUTS
13.1. Your account balance is the amount of real money held in your Account, plus any winnings and/or minus any losses accrued from using the services, less any entry or other fees, if applicable, and less any amounts previously withdrawn by you or amounts forfeited or reclaimed by Celtic Casino due to any known or suspected fraud or due to deposits or other transactions rejected or cancelled by your bank or any relevant third-party bank (whether as a result of insufficient funds, charge-backs or otherwise), or any sums which are otherwise deductible or forfeited under these Conditions ('Account Balance').
13.2. Acceptance of cash out request is subject to any deposit method restrictions, bonus restrictions and/or Security Reviews and any other terms of these Conditions.
13.3. All amounts you withdraw are subject to the transaction limits and any processing fees for deposits and withdrawal methods that we notify you of before cashing out. Further, we may report and withhold any amount from your winnings in order to comply with any applicable law.
13.4. We aim to authorize your card, bank transfer or cheque withdrawal request within a reasonable period of receipt of your request. For security reasons players making withdrawals may have to provide some additional information to ensure stringent safeguards are maintained. This is to protect our players and ensure no fraudulent activity is carried out and although there maybe delays due to any Security Review undertaken.
13.5. As well as any other verification processes we may undertake, we reserve the right to request you to provide additional proof of identity to assist with our Anti Money Laundering Policy before processing your withdrawal. Upon request we reserve the right to request specific proof of identity in the form of, including but not limited to: passport number, driving license, photocopy of a valid identity document, utility bill or header of a recent bank or card statement. We reserve the right to suspend your account until you have satisfactorily completed these checks.
13.6. Payment of funds which you withdraw shall be made where applicable by the manner in which they were deposited. Where not applicable, we will select an alternative in its sole discretion, although we will try to accommodate your preferences as indicated by you.
13.7. All taxes due in connection with any winnings awarded to you are your sole liability. Account balances cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for any other prize, except when explicitly stated.
13.8 All withdrawals may be paid in installments of €2,500, and each installment can take between 5 and 15 business days. You will be notified when your withdrawals have been processed. Celtic Casino reserves the right to pay out higher winnings over a period of several weeks.
13.9 Celtic Casino reserves the right to withhold payment from any party that Celtic Casino deems as fraudulent or false. If you are found cheating or if it is determined by Celtic Casino that you have used a system or machine, be it an additional computer, additional software or if you use any system used to circumvent the natural randomness of our systems and or collection of data to or from the gaming server for analysis purposes during real money play your funds may also be forfeit. Any form of collusion or syndicate play is also not allowed.
13.10 Celtic Casino may assess service charges on any accounts found to be engaged in fraud of any type.
13.11 Celtic Casino requires any deposit to be played-through a minimum of one time prior to withdrawal.
14. DORMANT ACCOUNTS
In the event that no transaction has been recorded on a Player's account for thirty months Celtic Casino reserves the right to close the account and remit the balance using the last known details of the player. In the event that the player cannot be satisfactorily located any remaining balance shall be forfeited by the player. No claim shall lie against the Celtic Casino in the event the balance is forfeited in these circumstances.
15. ABUSIVE OR OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR
Abusive or offensive behavior will not be tolerated on our platforms or with any of our staff. Any violation of this policy will result in a suspension of your use of the services or such other action as may be reasonably required by Celtic Casino to ensure compliance. In addition, you are not entitled to make untrue and/or malicious and/or damaging comments with regard to the Celtic Casino operation in any media or forum.
16. DISCLOSURE OF ACCOUNT NAME AND PASSWORD
16.1. The Account name and password (including answers to any security questions) should not be disclosed to any third party. You are solely responsible for the security of your Account name and password (including answers to security questions).
16.2. You agree to keep your Account name and password secret and confidential and not to allow anyone else to use it. Every person who identifies themselves by entering a correct username and password is assumed by Celtic Casino to be the rightful Account holder and all transactions where the username and password have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid.
16.3. In no event will Celtic Casino be liable for any loss you suffer as a result of any unauthorized use or misuse of your login details. Celtic Casino shall not be required to maintain Account names or passwords. If you have lost your Account name, username or password, please follow the web site instructions for a replacement.
16.4. If you misplace, forget, or lose your Account name, username or password as a result of anything other than Celtic Casino error, Celtic Casino shall not be liable.
17. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES AND PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS
17.1. Celtic Casino has a zero tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. If, in Celtic Casino’s sole determination, you are found to have cheated or attempted to defraud Celtic Casino or any other user of any of the services in any way, including but not limited to game collusion with the live dealers or other players, game manipulation or payment fraud, or manipulation of the multi-currency facilities, or if Celtic Casino suspects you of fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including but not limited to any chargeback, or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (including but not limited to money laundering or account take over), Celtic Casino shall be entitled to take such action as it sees fit, including, but not limited to:
- Immediately blocking the user’s account access to Celtic Casino;
- Terminating the user's account with Celtic Casino;
- Seizing the funds within the user's account;
- Disclosing such information (including the identity of the user) to financial institutions, relevant authorities and/or any person or entity that has the legal right to such information; and/or
- Taking legal action against the user.
17.2. We reserve the right to void and withhold any or all winnings made by any person or group of persons where we have reasonable grounds to believe that said person or group of persons is acting or has acted in liaison in an attempt to defraud or damage Celtic Casino and/or the services and/or the platforms in any way.
17.3. In the interests of data protection and security you are expressly prohibited from posting information or contacting our customers to offer or promote any offers, products or services without the express written permission of Celtic Casino.
18. SYSTEM ERRORS
You must inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors with respect to your Account or any calculations with respect to any bet you have placed or any currency conversion. In the event of any system failure or game error (a divergence from the normal functioning of the game logic for whatever reason) that results in an error in any odds calculation, charges, fees, bonuses or payout, or any currency conversion as applicable, ('System Error'), Celtic Casino will seek to place all parties directly affected by such System Error in the position they were in before the System Error occurred. Celtic Casino reserves the right to declare null and void any bets that were the subject of such System Error and to take any money from your Account relating to the relevant bets. If there are insufficient funds in your Account, demand that you pay us the relevant outstanding amount relating to these bets. In all circumstances whereby Celtic Casino (in its sole discretion) determines a System Error has been used to gain an unfair advantage, Celtic Casino reserves the right to consider this activity to be subject forfeiture and account closure as per these Terms and Conditions.
19. SECURITY REVIEW
To maintain the level of security and integrity in the system, Celtic Casino reserves the right to conduct a security review at any time to validate your identity, age, the registration data provided by you, to verify your use of the services, including but not limited to your compliance with these Conditions and the policies of Celtic Casino and your financial transactions carried out via the services for potential breach of these Conditions and of applicable law. As such you authorize us and our agents to make any inquiries of you and for us to use and disclose to any third party we consider necessary to validate the information you provide to us or should provide to us in accordance with these Conditions, including but not limited to, ordering a credit report and/or otherwise verifying the information against third party databases. In addition, to facilitate these security reviews, you agree to provide such information or documentation as Celtic Casino at its discretion, may request.
20. FORFEITURE & ACCOUNT CLOSURE
20.1. Celtic Casino reserves the right, in its discretion and in relation to your account, any related payment service provider account, any accounts you may have with other sites and/or casinos and/or services owned or operated by or on behalf of Celtic Casino, to terminate this agreement, withhold your account balance, suspend your account and recover from such account the amount of any affected payout, bonuses and winnings if:
20.1.1. You are in material breach of any of these Agreements;
20.1.2. Celtic Casino becomes aware that you have used or attempted to use the services for the purposes of fraud, collusion (including in relation to charge-backs) or unlawful or improper activity (including without limitation, any manipulation of the multi-currency facilities);
20.1.3. You have 'charged back' or denied any of the purchases or deposits that you made to your Account.
21.1 You are entitled to close your Account and terminate these Conditions without prior notice to Celtic Casino by withdrawing the entire balance from your account and sending an email or telephoning us using the details at 'Contact Us'. Celtic Casino will respond within a 48 hours time period provided that you continue to assume responsibility for all activity on your Account until such closure has been affected by us. Celtic Casino is entitled to terminate these Conditions without prior notice to you at the email address you have provided to the Company. In the event of termination by Celtic Casino, the Company shall give notice of the termination to you via email and, other than where termination is pursuant to Section 19, as soon as reasonably practicable refund the balance of your Account. Where Celtic Casino has terminated pursuant to Section 19, any pay outs, bonuses and winnings in your Account are non-refundable and deemed forfeited.
21.2. The following Sections of these Terms and Conditions shall survive any termination of these Conditions by either party: 17, 19, 20, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, along with any other Sections which are required for the purposes of interpretation.
22. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
22.1. Celtic Casino is not required to provide redundant or back up networks and/or systems.
22.3. Celtic Casino (including its Parent, Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Officers, Directors, Agents and Employees) will not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any business losses, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, reputation or business interruption or for any losses which are not currently foreseeable by us arising out of these conditions or your use of our services.
23. COMPLAINTS & NOTICES
You agree that you will only use the services provided by Celtic Casino in accordance with the Terms and Condition set out in this schedule. Any breach of these conditions by you which results in Celtic Casino incurring any losses or costs will render you liable to compensate Celtic Casino for any said losses or costs in their entirety.
25. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
25.2 Personal Information Capture
Celtic Casino collects personal information from visitors to it's web site through the online registration process and every time you interact with us.
25.3 Use of Personal Information
Celtic Casino processes personal information collected via this web site for the purposes of: Setting up and managing your account; Building up your personal profiles; Providing you with information about the Celtic Casino promotional offers; and complying with all regulatory requirements, in particular those relating to the identification of individuals under money laundering legislation. Access to Personal information is limited to the staff of the Celtic Casino and/or its agents in accordance with their roles and responsibilities in managing the above uses in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Act.
25.4. Celtic Casino may share your personal data with any of its agents who may only use such data for strictly the same purposes as Celtic Casino shall specify and within the terms of these Conditions. Celtic Casino shall use your personal data in accordance with the Privacy section.
25.5. You should assume that all use of our web site, chat, emails and telephone calls between you and Celtic Casino will be recorded. These recordings will be the sole property of Celtic Casino and may be used as evidence in the event of any dispute or to improve customer care.
26. EXCLUDED TERRITORIES.
26.1. Excluded Territories
Celtic Casino reserves the right to exclude players from certain territories from making real money bets. Celtic Casino does not allow, assist or encourage any form of circumvention of any restrictions placed upon these excluded territories. These territories include: USA and it's territories, Costa Rica.
27.1. Account Disputes
Where there is any dispute concerning a player's account, Celtic Casino reserves the right to suspend the player's account until a resolution is reached. Celtic Casino takes player disputes very seriously and endeavors to take all reasonable steps to investigate and resolve all disputes.
